Wither Wizard

Developed in collaboration with the R&D department of James Finlay & Co, the Automated Continuous Withering System would transform ORTHODOX & CTC withering practices in Sri Lanka. With more than 110 units installed globally by our partners T&I Global Ltd, the Wither Wizard converts the batch process of Tea to a continuous process by incorporating Chemical and Physical withering in two stages.

Just 3 workers for 20,000 kgs of Green Leaf per day.

Estimated 60% Power Savings compared to traditional trough withering.

Leaf damage and wastage eliminated.

Assures consistent wither.
